Here we analyze in detail a type of meditation that was made with the concept of producing a natural state of alert at restful: transcendental meditation.

Transcendental Meditation

Most Orientals faiths evangelise must discipline the mind for meditation be effective, but Maharishi asserts that isn’t mandatory, all there is to do is put the mind blank and let your thoughts come and then repeat its mantra. Transcendental Meditation Exercise

1. We relax and do five slow, deep breaths, taking the air through the nose and exhaling thru your mouth.
