Do you sometimes find yourself in a bad mood? It is something we people just go through
But, because being in a lousy mood can obscure the good feelings that are possible, from being successful and enjoying our life, it’s valuable to have some tricks to get out of feeling bad.
What follows are six effective ways you can use to begin to feel much better in no time.
One: Smile
Smiling actually changes the way the brain functions and stops negative neural pathways. In addition it helps train the brain to think more positively more often.
Just a little grin, even when you’re alone, will improve your mood. And, when your smile is aimed at another, other people are inclined to smile too, making them happy also.
#2 Yawn
To yawn is wonderful for the reason that so many beneficial things happen. it lowers your stress level, induces the relaxation response and increases sensuality and pleasure.
Open your mouth up wide and let the yawns come. Yawn right now!
#3 YES!
When you say yes, it automatically puts you in a more positive state of mind.
Using your fingers to count, ask yourself ten questions you can answer yes to. Start easy, such as do I have two eyes? Say, “yes!”
As you continue asking, get more and more enthusiastic, thinking of questions that bring on even more energy and joy.
4. Appreciate.
Start by taking a look around find something you appreciate. Let yourself discover a reason you appreciate that thing. Now think of a second reason. And another, and another.
Next move to another item you can feel appreciation for. This is something you can do while waiting, driving – any time.
#5 Tapping
The energy system of your body has a way of getting stuck in the way you think and feel.

Either silently, aloud or in writing. Begin by saying, If I felt happy right now, I could possibly feel happy about” then complete the sentence.
Keep saying the same thing, naming things you might feel good about if you were feeling happy.
After a short while, you WILL be in a good mood.
