I see a wedding, a car, a glass of wine and a slice of Stilton Blue Cheese. I wore a white lace gown preparing for the ultimate affair of my life. I was waiting for this. Time just passed by so fast and now I am getting embarking this thing called marriage. The anticipation is heightened. I cannot stand this any bit longer. I took a slice of the Stilton Cheese as it goes well with the wine i have on my hand.
To my dismay, it was just a dream. My gown is nowhere to be found. No cheese and wine as well. Lastly, my I guess my prince is not here as well. Since I just dreamt it, there will be no wedding. I watched the television felling sorry for myself. That should have been my own wedding. I wallowed with a glass of wine and slices of blue cheese. My prince marrying someone else. A royal wedding is what I will have. A wedding worth getting dressed for. There would be buntings with my face and my fiancée on it. Audience from around the world will wait for the kiss at the balcony. All types of merchandise will pop out in the market with my face on it. The local food scene will revolve around my wedding like making a dish out of it – Royal Pear and Stilton en croute with watercress and walnut salad.
An imperial wedding to be remembered. My 8 tiered fruit cake will be filled with intricate design. My wedding gown made with such devotion and passion exudes simplicity and sophistication. The heavens have heard my plea and things will go well as they should. I will take this ring and pledge to be my prince’s wife. My prince will also pledge and swear to be my only husband. In the end we will be called husband and wife. We then drive off in an Aston Martin Volante DB6 with a banner at the back saying “Just Wed”. I need to end this daydreams. I need to snap back to reality. I think I drank too much.
I have done my research and I will have a custom-made dress fitted to my needs. I also ordered some Stilton Blue Cheese from my favorite gourmet cheese shop as well. I will sleep after this last glass. Only if it included a Prince Charming.
