<p><b>The spirit is the quintessence of our inner self and is best qualified to manage what we think or feel and how we make choices.</b> The next question is how then does a person get in contact with the spirit or inner self? Some claim and teach that it&#8217;s through meditation. I suspect meditation is good if it is applied correctly, but getting in touch with your inner self is letting your intuition talk and tell you. Some say let your heart tell you. Our intuition, or our heart, has God&#8217;s laws of wrong and right stamped upon it. Therefore , it is the heart or intuition that distinguishes right from wrong. It is what reinforces our capability to make right choices.</p>
<p><b>Some refer to this as the gut instinct.</b> Some say they go by their instinct; others call it intuition. Whatever you opt to call it, it&#8217;s the inner self. It is tough to outline, but everybody has it and we are able to develop the ability of listening to it</p>
