I suffered from this myself & Klonopin (clonazepam) Paxil (Paroxetine) was my favorite medicine for dealing with this sickness but i got tired of always being on drugs!!! I was addicted to klonopin cause it would shut my brain down & i would wake up feeling rested…Then i would feel pretty normal …I was still on medicine when i started trying FAITH as another method by hearing preachers i liked on the radio in my semi truck at work on the road & i noticed that it would make me feel better!!! I hate reading because with this sickness it`s hard to pay attention to anything you lose interest fast so it maded hard to read the bible but i would force myself to read & meditate on the scriptures that speak against fear!!!!!!! Google scriptures against fear.Try it for at least 1 month ,you don`t got nothing to lose it`s free.I`m not 100% yet but i don`t take no more medicine . I keep meditating,listening on the radio to preaching.Gospel songs i like.Anything positive.Attack this sickness don`t be lazy cause then it won`t work you can do it don`t give up,you will see the difference!!!!!!!
